Recently the firm has developed a deep understanding of, and experience in, the global oil and gas production and trading sector - with a particular focus on the countries of the former Soviet Union.

Curzon has significant market experience in Eastern Europe, the Far East and Africa.  All aspects of financing are advised upon and the firm has access to operating debt and equity providers, gap financing specialists, vendor financing, project insurance and government agencies. Its links with the World Bank and African Development Bank in particular are often critical to unlocking a project financing structure for ventures on the African continent.
