Curzon Capital Limited was founded in 1999 by Christopher Derricott and William Graham and is authorised and regulated in the UK by The Financial Services Authority as a corporate finance advisory firm. The firm is dedicated to advising on renewable energy project financing, climate change investments and structuring and arranging carbon finance projects. Benefiting from its small and talented team of professionals, Curzon has a pool of knowledge and experience that it brings to bear on the most complex of financial solutions, rendering them easily understandable and saleable.
Having started life during the "dot.com" boom as a corporate finance boutique advising technology companies on first and second-round financing, Curzon gained authorization to establish and operate unregulated collective investment schemes. In 2002 it sponsored its first such scheme and it subsequently sponsored a number of alternative investment funds raising a total of almost £700m. Curzon continues to provide regulatory compliance services to a number of unregulated collective investment schemes including the Teak Syndicates.
